Shoppers Mall Refund Policy

1. Rent Refunds:

• Rent payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the lease agreement.
• Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters or unforeseen events that render the leased space unusable.
• Requests for rent refunds must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by mall management.
• Any approved refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined in the lease agreement.

2. Parking Fee Refunds:

Parking fees are non-refundable once paid, except in certain circumstances outlined below.

Refunds may be issued if:

• The vehicle owner experienced technical difficulties with payment systems, leading to overpayment.
• The vehicle owner provides evidence of being erroneously charged for parking (e.g., wrong vehicle registration)."
